In our daily lives, boilers such as Miura boilers and biomass‑fueled steam boilers are quite common. But do you know the basic principles behind these types of boilers? Let’s learn about them together:
1. Should the Miura boiler be repaired?
For Miura boilers, maintenance must be carried out meticulously to extend their service life and enhance operational efficiency.
On the Miura boiler, any instances of running, venting, dripping, or leaking must be promptly addressed. Exposed gate valves, seized anchor bolts, and other critical components should undergo regular maintenance, including lubrication as needed. Additionally, measures should be taken to prevent seizing. Furthermore, external environmental inspections of the boiler must be conducted at least once annually.
2. Is the Miura boiler an environmentally friendly, energy-saving boiler?

What are the advantages of modular boilers compared to condensing boilers?

Energy efficiency in modular boilers has long been a focus of attention. Compared with conventional boilers, modular boilers are cleaner, more environmentally friendly, and easier to operate, though their initial cost is slightly higher. What are the advantages of modular boilers?
First, modular boilers eliminate the need for coal ash storage and help conserve land.
Second, it reduces auxiliary production water consumption in condensing boilers. While the normal production water requirements of condensing boilers and modular boilers may not differ significantly, modular boilers save on the auxiliary water used for dust removal, slag disposal, and other dust-control processes.
Third, layoffs. Modular boilers require fewer auxiliary devices than condensing boilers, resulting in a smaller workforce and lower labor and operating costs.
Fourth, it reduces electricity costs in the production of condensing boilers. Condensing boilers have fewer auxiliary devices for fuel delivery, operate at lower power levels, feature shorter continuous operating times, and consume less energy, resulting in lower overall costs.

Miura Boiler: Must Safety Hazards Be Checked When Operating Boilers?
Release Date:
2022/05/24 09:07
If we are using Miura boilers, we must immediately halt operations in any areas where faults are detected and conduct thorough inspections. Otherwise, should a safety incident occur, the resulting consequences could be extremely severe. So, what specific safety risks should we address and eliminate?
1. Security risks of operating and igniting the system software
1) Internal leakage in the burner: If there is a leak within the burner valve, the burner’s built-in leak detector may become ineffective, or the burner may not be equipped with a leak detector at all. This allows flammable gases to enter the furnace, and ignition can then trigger an explosion. This is one of the key causes of the Miura boiler explosion.
2) Insufficient ignition: This is caused by improper air–fuel ratio operation in the burner, which fails to ignite the natural gas. Carbon monoxide (CO) can accumulate as a gas, leading to CO poisoning in the boiler room clinic.
3) Empty
