Wall‑mounted boiler manufacturers offer products that are flexible, convenient, safe, efficient, energy‑saving, and environmentally friendly. Moreover, this equipment serves two purposes: it not only provides heating on cold days but also supplies domestic hot water—features that many users appreciate. However, when using it in daily life, it’s important to be aware of safety guidelines and energy‑saving practices to ensure the boiler operates comfortably and reliably. Wall‑mounted boilers are flexible, convenient, safe, efficient, energy‑saving, and eco‑friendly. In addition, they can be used for two functions: providing warmth during chilly weather and supplying household hot water—both of which are highly valued by many consumers. Yet, to enjoy their full benefits while minimizing risks, it’s essential to follow certain safety precautions and adopt energy‑saving habits. 1. **Proper Water Pressure**: The water pressure in a wall‑mounted boiler should not exceed 1.2–1.5 bar; this range is optimal. The pressure gauge needle must never drop below 1 or 2 bar. If the pressure falls below 1 bar, replenish it to 1–1.5 bar to maintain normal operation and prevent damage under high temperatures. 2. **Choose the Right Fuel Gas**: Most households use gas‑fired wall‑mounted boilers, so the gas supplied must meet the manufacturer’s specifications. Never substitute other gases for natural gas, as doing so can damage the appliance and create serious safety hazards. 3. **Keep the Flue Unobstructed**: Wall‑mounted boilers typically feature a dual‑core flue system: the outer pipe draws in fresh air, while the inner pipe exhausts combustion gases. Both channels must remain clear at all times; no blockages are permitted. During installation, ensure that both the intake and exhaust openings extend outside the window, avoiding indoor sealing or the use of single‑core flues. Otherwise, exhaust gases may be drawn back into the system, leading to insufficient oxygen supply during combustion. This can result in ignition failures, frequent cycling, or other dangerous conditions, posing risks to personal safety and property. 4. **Use Antifreeze**: When operating a wall‑mounted boiler or heating system containing water during winter, always add antifreeze to prevent freezing and potential damage to the pump and heat exchanger. Ensure the system remains powered and adequately supplied with gas to avoid such issues. Regularly check the boiler’s water pressure and overall performance to maintain safety.
